Mr Angry Isn't this what happened a few seasons ago? Liverpool finished the season really well, all their fans had high expectations for the following season - and it all went t1ts up.

Where Liverpool will need to strengthen in the Summer is at the back.

Agreed,it happens every year that people want to discuss the prospects for England's most successful club especially as they haven't won the European Champs league for a while.

Englands most successful club will be United by Saturday.

It's so embarressing on Facebook today with these Liverpool fans (none of which are from Liverpool I might add). They seem really pleased they've finished the season well and their title odds are about 10/1 for next season. Seems like only the big clubs such as United, Arsenal and Chelsea get pissed off by not winning anything. Only Liverpool could try and take some glory from a season of relative failure.

TBF it could be worse. They could've spent £50 million on a striker and still not won anything.

Yes - but they would be happy with that as long as their title odds look good for next season.

And they spent 50m on two strikers and didn't win anything.

At least we have CL football next year m8.

I wouldn't call Chelsea a big club though like Arsenal, Man Utd or Liverpool. They have big resources though like City.

Along with Arsenal, and Chelsea would be in relegation trouble-what's all that about only drawing at home to Newcastle?
BTW I thought you had swapped your allegiance over to Man Utd or is it now Man City?

Yes.

If Spurs lose at home to Birmingham, Liverpool need a point at Villa.
If Spurs draw, Liverpool have to win.
If Spurs win, Liverpool cannot qualify for Europe.
