Final tickets

Finally got through to the final steps on my Dad's member card. Now it won't recognize my number. I registered as a 16-21 year old. Now I'm 22 and I've been willingly paying adult prices for a year. Could this be the confusion? It's all shit.

We've been using two phones here continuosly for an hour with not a sniff of getting through. I'm going to try after lunch. Still pretty sure we will all get tickets though.

When I bought my tickets on Thursday I had errors 17 times. I was using ie8. Following a tip I read on here I cleared the cache/browsing history etc and it went through next time

I feel for everyone who is having trouble trying to get through. I cannot understand why membercard numbers are not being recognised and it doesn't seem it's just one or two - but judging by this thread it's loads.

I used my dads membership number twice and that seemed to work, email says I have two tickets in block 534 row 25 so seems to off worked.

Just got tickets on line via the gf as I was on the way out the door to the stadium. I had to check to make sure that she had not gone for the Peter Andre option by mistake but it's all good

It simply HAS to be an error on their part. I checked all the member numbers last night & linked them all thru friends & family so they categoricaly do exist & are valid.

This is a disgrace I have to say. So glad I got mine on thu (well hopefully!) Every single one of my mates is getting the member no not recognised error. Every single one!

Have just emailed member services to ask wtf I am supposed to do - 0844 number permanently engaged (and will they recognise my number if I do get through), online not recognising me and I live in Chester so coming down to the stadium not an option.

Absolutely, one of my failed too but thankfully I had a replacement. Guessing it's probably new numbers that don't work.

Wanted: Anywhere even remotely near blocks 133-135, Cat 3 @ £64. Anywhere at all in that tier, even.

Got: Tickets in block 125, Cat 2 @ £72

Worse tickets and greater cost, great.

Oh well, at least they're (hopefully) mine.

Yep, it's proper weird. When it comes up with the validation box, I tried the one rogue one a couple of times with no luck, closed the window, but it still went to the next screen for payment showing 3 tickets. I suppose it'll come down to when the money is taken...so that's my next question; how soon after confirmation do they actually take the payment?

Hadn't taken our money as of yesterday - not checked yet today. And we got ours on first day.
