66DD I can't believe that the ticket office is not open tomorrow. Those real fans who have eschewed the commercialism of season tickets and member cards and have waited patiently until tickets go on general sale are now snubbed by the club, unless they are prepared to abandon their prinicples and purchase from Ticketzone. It's outrageous.
I think a lot of it is that there are relatively few tickets left - so having two outlets open means having to split them and try to guess what the demand would be at each one - would probably end up with a queue of people at the club with no tickets left whilst they're still being sold on the phone/web.
