mr_number If you try and go on ticketzone, it tells you there are no more online sales, only over the phone... I guess to get rid of single tickets etc.

Understood MrNo. Thanks.

(Svlad / Dirk, they've only been available on TZ all day today - guess you meant only on phone, no longer on-line ?)

Fantastic. At least that has now been achieved with ease.

Hi Glen,

I appreciate your frustration with the systems put in place to serve the customer.

Enjoy the match,

Mags

Huh ? My point was the opposite ? To note the actual errors, not the various frustrations.

Weren't the errors a frustration then? :|

Impressive all round and I hope the club get a decent rake off for selling their share of the tickets.

A bit too soon for that conclusion. According to FB there were still a few hanging on-line when the sell out happened, and given the on-line system failures - there are still some risks that all will be received as expected. Fingers crossed till Wednesday.

I won't have too much sympathy for anyone who couldn't get one today. If you don't have a member card or even know people that had spare ones, then it's obviously not that important to you.

The club should be congratulated on a near perfect distribution policy - the two day windows for STHs and then member cards each allowed a busy sales day plus a steady day with general sale mopping up the rest.

No one that matters will be without a ticket.

The league's/Wembley's choice of online partner left more than a little to be desired though and I hope lessons are learned. Having said that, their phone service was excellent.

Exactly.

Everyone with a genuine or passing interest in attending RFC games could get one, along with many first-timers and daytrippers.

Shame about RL though, I do feel some sympathy there.

For RL
Having sold all of the remaining tickets, TicketZone are now doing their final housekeeping, and at 3pm they will release any single seats or tickets available due to failed card transactions. Please phone 0844 249 2011 from 3pm.

Yep - agree with all of that - apart from the last sentence.

LOL at a bloke on Twitter who was sounding off on Saturday that he was so looking forward to the Reading game on 29th May, and of getting his tickets today.

We'd need 7 anyway.

I'm sure the money will be taken out later and our tickets will arrive in the next day or so.
