Royal Lady We'd need 7 anyway.
I'm sure the money will be taken out later and our tickets will arrive in the next day or so.

glenroyal SB1871, TBM and TFF,
The people who deserve the sympathy are those who are victims of the TZ on-line system crashing and failing to provide tickets. STH, Member or not, independent of however early they were on-line or on the phone, however long they hung on.

Bandini Not much of a monopoly in our case, rhroyal, bearing in mind that one could also buy tickets from Reading and Swansea.

I assume you say that from within an hour or so's journey from the Mad Stad?

Tony Le Mesmer To anyone who lives within an hour of the ground, ive got no sympathy if you booked through ticketzone.

True, it's not a necessary requirement. Even if it's not a monopoly, they're abusing a dominant position shamelessly.BandinirhroyalBandini Not much of a monopoly in our case, rhroyal, bearing in mind that one could also buy tickets from Reading and Swansea.

Yep. They were offering a (theoretically) more convenient way of buying tickets than the alternative, not the only way, particularly bearing in mind that all you needed to get a ticket from the ground was one member card and a load of other people's member nos. (All a bit irrelevant isn't it - I didn't think that a monopoly was a necessary requirement, abuse of a dominant position and all that.)
