loyalroyal4life good effort by us to sell out within a week, never knew we had so many plastics :P

Everyone's a plastic once - the real test is whether the new people come back again after Monday.

Sure they will, IF we go up

Don't be fooled by the friendly welcome alverstoke. Maguire is a wolf in sheep's clothing. Amongst the worst of the HNA? bad boys. Check his post history. You'd do well to stay clear.

No Fixed Abode Gutted i didn't get a ticket. I've been following Reading since I stopped supporting Arsenal in 2005, when we got promoted to the Premier League. Despite being back in the Championship I have stuck with the Royals through thick and thin. I only wear my Arsenal shirt on Champions League nights or when Reading aren't playing or up the park for a kickabout. Come Saturday though, when I'm at the Madstad I'm a 100% Reading fan. Can't believe thousands like me got a ticket and I didn't.

No problem, I know where there are a few tickets still available, I will get you one. Being as you like to wear different football shirts the only stipulation to recieve your free ticket is that you wear a Cardiff shirt for this one game! :)

Reading Ticket Office just phoned me. The ticket I bought online on Saturday morning and for which I received a confirmatory email is "not available due to a system error". So they've given me a ticket in the row behind and taken payment details again over the phone. All very strange.

Hmmm, so apart from the credit card details point ... there are still mis-booking errors being flushed-out - Aaaagh !
The TZ customer services line is very busy again right now - redial, redial, redial, zzzzz.

just seen on the OS http://www.readingfc.co.uk/page/NewsDet ... 48,00.html

Further notes "our supporters in club wembley block 240-244 share an entrance and members area with club wembley supporters from the opposing club"

Not at that level, and this was discussed a few days ago. It's the club Wembley and corporate guest level - where the Champage & Seafood bar is.

Fair play to TicketZone customer service again ... after getting through to them this afternoon ...

I got the same guy (!) who had checked out my failed booking on Saturday, he was able to confirm I had a valid booking, there had been no double-booking and my tickets were being despatched today.

In fact (he - Jay - said) he remembered me, had put a note on my booking and had looked out specifically to check there had been no duplication. Sounds like they have been taking their housekeeping seriously in looking out for system errors - just a pity their on-line system led to errors in the first place. My impression is if there isn't an error you already know about / being sorted ... you're gonna be OK.

Are you suggesting that Club Wembley patrons are less likely to behave badly.

Some of the worst utterkunts I've ever met at football matches have been in hospitality.

Nope, not at all - I'm suggesting that the stewards on that level are much more vigilant and much less tolerant of raucous behaviour than those in "single team" areas of levels 1 & 5.

Just had the call as well.... had to move a few blocks and a slightly lower row.
I asked how many people it had happened to, and he said he wasn't sure, but it was more than they would have liked. I'm guessing it was quite a lot if they've been making calls all day.
It's a bummer to have to move, but at least they've still sorted out roughly similar tickets. Also, he confirmed that if anything goes wrong, you can get the tickets reprinted at Wembley.
