And if they still use the same supplier as they did a few years ago, take a Buxton 500ml cap in for spare or any coke/pepsi cap ;)

Terminal Boardom Not sure if this should be here or in Policies so feel free to move. Plus if it has been mentioned elsewhere then delete...

£6 for a beer
£2.50 for coffee
£8 for a burger and you can add a further £1.50 for chips.

You have been warned so fill up before you get there!

My mum's going to regret saying she'd pay for food and drink at the ground!

What about prices for places around outside the ground? Do they mark it up because it's Wembley?

All of the food and drink on Wembley Way is just as expensive!

I did mention this briefly on another thread, but my advice would be to take a step off of Wembley Way about half way down on the left, into a mini industrial estate. You'll find a couple of catering vans in here selling the same rubbish but slightly cheaper!

It's above average prices around the ground.

Basically boils down to if you're watching the pennies then just go without a burger for 3 hours. Otherwise, expect to pay over the odds.

Does anyone know how much the Reading FC rosettes will cost? I'm paying no more than £1.50.

I might be old-fashioned, but to me a "rip-off" involves some kind of duplicitiy or misdirection, not vending products at a clearly marked price to customers who can simply not partake*

*beer excluded, obviously

Yeah, she fancied a daytrip. And it means I don't have to come all the way to Reading to pick up my Nephew, go to the game, go back to Reading to drop him off, and then get back to the 'Bridge.

More likely someone's rewired Kes. Although this is low even by his standards.

Why is it that places like Wembley have to rip their customers off. The staff selling this stuff are part time as and when required contract staff on national minimum wage not internationally renowned chefs assisted by silver service waiters. The food and drink is not exactly of the highest quality so why do we put up with it. I know that Monday will be special for the supporters of both teams but lets have a bit of fair play off the pitch please.

You don't have to put up with it.

Wembley is offering a product - you are entirely within your rights not to pay the price they want for it.
