Seriously. WTF.

Can we start camping (no pun intended) out in a parking space or something to get it changed to 'Bullet in the Head' by RATM?

Please, anything but this oxf*rd bland mindless American SHIT FEST!!!

Just a small town girl
livin in a lonely world
she took the midnight train going anywhere

just a city boy
born and raised in south detroit
he took the midnight train going anywhere

a singer in a smoky room
a smell of wine and cheap perfume
for a smile they can share the night
it goes on and on and on and on (Refrain)
Strangers, waiting, up and down the boulevard
their shadows searching in the night
streetlight people, living just to find emotion
hiding somewhere in the night

working hard to get my fill
everybody wants a thrill
paying anything to roll the dice
just one more time
some will win, some will lose
some were born to sing the blues
oh the movie never ends
it goes on and on and on and on

(refrain)
Don't stop believing
hold on to that feeling

streetlight people

I do cringe slightly, but it might get all the randomers to sing a song at the start and then get going

royalsroyalsroyals92 f*ckin hate it... awful choice in my opinion. Other teams have always adopted decent songs... we seem to have the club occasionally make a half arsed attempt at forcing an official anthem down on us.... for example the whole 500 miles thing that got no where. Not sure what i would of picked in fairness but there is something about this song that i hate

FFS agreed lets have some hip hop shit...DSB is a brilliant song and very apt for the occasion..now pop off and crawl back under your stone.

Completely mindless, middle of the road, early 70s American AOR poo.

No depth, no meaning, no passion. And it's just crap, frankly.

Journey? Gawd...

If they wanted to use 70's (North) American rock & roll, something like this at least...

Something more up tempo to get everybody fired up...

I'm ashamed.......I hated it before Glee.....I hate it even more after Glee........Sweet Caroline would have been much better...or continuing on the '06 theme, Ashes by Embrace.

On a similar note, but related. Journey are from San Francisco - The San Francisco Giants used the aforementioned tune in their charge for the 2010 World Series win. So, by natural extension, we are surely nailed on certs now to win the Play-Offs. It's in the stars...

Loooooong, your boots are on fire!

Up all night and its the best I got!

Some of you are miserable so-and-so's. It's said that the PLAYERS chose this song - it's called DON'T STOP BELIEVING - maybe they feel it's an apt title - they want everyone to pull together, no negativity, we can WIN this. Now just make sure you all sing and dance to it at 2.30pm, or whenever they play it, because otherwise I'll look mighty silly singing it by myself.

It's what the players wanted, so I'm all for it. As for the song, I can't stand it!

Singing in the rain maybe more appropriate for Monday!

Why is everyone getting so upset about the players picking this song for their warm up? They warm up to it every game at the Mad Stad and want a bit of continuity going into the final. They're not asking you to like it, they're not asking you to sing along, and they don't want it to become the club anthem. It's purely for their benefit. I couldn't give two shits what they want to listen to pre-match, as long as they are in the right frame of mind when walking out onto the pitch at 3pm, that's all that matters.
