If Manset is really struggling for fitness in the new season, as he currently has the fitness levels of a 20 stone bloke, then getting Henderson on the cheap could be a good stop gap for at least a few months. Wages definately wouldnt be a problem, and i think he could actually do a job, even if he is a complete animal!
I quite like Henderson as it happens. He really is a handful and if you've got the right player alongside him he can work wonders.
He won't score as many goals as some but he'll create a lot of openings with his physical presence.
Would he hamper the development of Manset though? I'm not sure Manset is really the battering ram kind of player that his size may suggest he is so my gut feeling is that it wouldn't hinder him. I don't think they'd make a great partnership, but Henderson with a Church or Hunt (or even Cox!) alongside him might be quite effective.

I thought he had demonstrated conclusively this season that the only Championship team he can score against is Reading.

AND that was with a massively scuffed shot! I still think if he had connected with that like he should have done then it wouldn't have gone anywhere near the net.

Anyway, wouldn't be too bothered either way if Henderson comes back. I doubt we would build the team around him and we could get him for cheap, so I'm sure he'd be a good squad member.
