What you shocked for? Hes the best centre half in the league. If he gets a good move i reckon he might get a England call up in 2-3 years time.

:| :| :| :| :| :| :| :| :| :| :| :|
not even the best centre back at this club.

Brendy - stop sniffing Vim.

hes not.
if he were more consistent he would be by far, but has too many off games.
ill grant you that his best games are awesome though, better than any of the other defenders.
i like him- he just irritates me with his decision making and ability to get wound up-get rid of that stuff and he'll be my hero.

Mills reminds me a bit of a rich man's John Mackie. Immense when immense, but can be a total liability at other times.

So's my nan. And she's been dead for 15 years. Just because he's quicker than captain slow doesn't mean he's got good pace. Although, actually I think Mills does have decent pace. He needs it to make up for his awareness and positioning.

Er, no he isn't! I think Johnson at Birmingham is far better.

 at the Johnson love-in. He's a good defender but without Dann his form plummets and vice versa.

Don't know why people have a pop at Mills. Without him we wouldn't have reached the final.

Agree, I think Mills is a decent CB, and can only get better.

I don't think his pace is necessarily the issue (at 6'3" and built like a brick shlthouse, you're never going to be twinkle toes) but more his reading of the game. He could, and hopefully will, learn a thing or 2 in this respect from Griff and Harte. Yes, Harte is slow, but his positioning is verging on a 6th sense. Hopefully Mills will learn from him.

Yes, Harte is slow, but his positioning is verging on the ridiculous. Hopefully Mills will take no notice of him as Harte may not be playing first team football next season.(quote)

I've always thought Mills looked pretty lean and athletic rather than brick shithouse.

If Mills can sort out his head, he'll be a genuine Premier League quality centreback.

Whether Brendan wants Mills or not, the Swans' fans want him. Top of their list, apparently.

He has a lot to learn before he can be a success in the top flight. He'll give away too many free-kicks with his needless challenges around the box. If we were offered £3m then I'd snap their hands off and put Morrison in with Pearce and get looking for another centre back to come in, preferably experienced.

Personally I would take the 4m Wolves are reputedly offering. Why accept 3m when you can have 4M?
