Would it only be a percentage of the profit and not the total fee?

cmonurz The Times says Steve Bruce has had a joint £12m bid accepted for the United trio of Wes Brown, John O'Shea and Darron Gibson, but players yet to agree terms.. £12m for United deadwood, another good deal for Fergie. Not sure Sunderland are getting much for their money.
