RFCUK By the sounds of it (reading from match reports and twitter) it would seem HRK has been on it during pre-season. Haven't really heard much from Noel, apart from his constant tweeting and what not.

Though, would you rather have HRK starting and then Hunt being subbed on (with no decent winger subs), or Long and Hunt starting, with HRK providing fresh legs on the wing in second half and Manset upfront.

Wonder how Church is feeling...

jordan obita is a better winger than robson-kanu, so there's your option from the bench for the wings.

Friday's Legacy
RFCUK I'm thinking that may very well be the line up we go for against Millwall, though obviously it'd be Leigertwood for Gunnarsson providing he's fit.

mcdermott has said that the team he puts out today, minus the injured, will likely be the team for millwall. i'm just disappointed he favours the hopeless federici over mccarthy, who oddly doesn't even make the bench. i hope he isn't being sold.

McCarthy has a knock, that's why he isn't featuring

If that means Federici remains even longer in goal then all the better.

That'll do. We seem to have quite a few penalties in our friendlies... 1-1

Just bot back, absolutely dire first half improved in second, will have to be much better for millwall. Really not a lot to get excited about.

I think I'd prefer a pre-season where there's nothing to be excited about. I remember when we played Chelsea and looked great, and we all know what happened after that.

Bother what? I made the effort to go to the game and I am saying the performance wasn't a lot to get excited about, I would challenge anyone realistic to come away excited by that performance. There were a few bright moments but really it was a poor standard of game.
