Newcastle fans will love anyone who is anti-Ashley. Presumably, all will be rosy in their black & white garden if Ant & Dec buy the club, install Keegan and Shearer as managers, and spend £500M on players.......................

I suspect that Barton knew EXACTLY what he was doing and has engineered this in order to get a move where he gets a bigger signing on fee as he is going on a free.

His agent said last night that this was brilliant for Barton and that he had a number of top european clubs after him, one inparticular who was very keen. (Arsenal).

Being reported that Malaga & PSG are 2 clubs to have already contacted his agent. Could earn s**t loads at either club tbf.

Cole is another Kieron Dyer. If he finds form and stays fit it'll be one of the signings of the season. But it won't.

Lita signs on the dotted line. Not so sure about this especially, as mentioned earlier, due to the proximity to Brizzle...time will tell.

Appears we're still after Lee Camp but are offering peanuts for a fee.

Cahill would be a good signing. A bit :| about Enrique. Isn't he just a left-footed Glen Johnson?

I rate Enrique, I think he's decent. He's also one of the few defenders that I've seen handle Jimmy Kebe without any real effort.

I wish he was, for Englands sake.
