Dont know where you got the £35m part from but yes they have first refusal should Barca wanna sell or are entitled to 50% of any profit made - hence why they whacked a large buy out clause into Fabregas' contract.

Agreed. I thought he was completely worth it when Liverpool coughed up all that money for him. Now he's poor.

Another aside; Keane has described this transfer as "A dream." That man has had rather a lot of dreams, hasn't he?
