some awsome signings for this level, and for a club hard pushed for money supposedly. this is what given relegated clubs four years of parachute payments does though. they can afford to be stupid for one season, maybe even two. i really really want it to backfire though.

One of the reasons we suffered so soon after relegation is that we were stupid (for us) in the first season after relegation. We spent far more that year than we had in parachute payments in an all-or-nothing attempt to go straight back up - which just failed.

But by rights there was no way we could afford to keep Doyle, SHunt, Marcus etc on that first year.
