Salisbury City 6 v Poole Town 1

City have a Reading youth product on loan, got injured within the first 30 minutes on his first game for the club and from what i heard Reading wanted him back with us for treatment. :(

Stunning result for Hanworth Villa from the CCL Premier. Crowd of 500+ by all accounts. Meanwhile, Windsor gained a hard fought and well earned 2-0 win against Colliers Wood Utd. May well have been different had Bully not saved a first half penalty. Referee was appalling. Apparently, winning the ball in a tackle while staying on your feet and not making contact with a player is now a free kick offence. Twat!

Four Of Clubs Bracknell Town v Flackwell Heath - bottom vs top - would be typical of the 'Robins' to get something unexpected here - other than a real battering which is probably everyone's forecast on the Chat room - actually just had a quick look and the prognosis is unanimous: away wins ranging from 0-6 to 1-2 ! :?

It was actually 1-8 to Flackwell. Ouch!

That's pretty humiliating, letting in a goal to Bracknell like that.

Flackwell are a good side. Big, strong and very organised. I would not be surprised in FH got promoted and did very well next season.

... two hat-tricks for Heathens players too - big away wins for RTFC 4-0 @ Ab. T and Binfield 3-0 @ Thame - Shortwood held 1-1 by Holyport - Ascot beaten 1-3 at Cheltenham Sarecens, Wok & Emm win 3-2 at Kidlington.

Fuller round up later but highlights of other local NL matches -

FA CUP:
Hartley Wintney go down 0-4 @ Camrose vs Basingstoke - all four goals in the first half.
Burnham thumped 2-5 by Bps Stortford
Magpies overcome Woking 4-1 in the all CONF South tie

...I struck lucky - shunned the tie at Daventry based on prospects of reportedly not much parking and crap food - and ended up at Whaddon Rd for Gloucester City 7-2 Truro City - belting game but the Cornishmen simply couldn't defend - doubtless why they leaked 5 against Basingstoke last week.

In league action elsewhere Camberley lost at South Park, Guernsey shaded Bookham 3-2 - Hungerford conceded very late on for the 2nd match running @ Yate (lost there 1-2 in the Trophy last week) but this time drew 1-1 - Didcot lost 0-1 to Bps Cleeve, Thatcham won 4-0 v Bridgwater, North Leigh won 4-1 away at Tiverton.

Grim stuff at Amy Lane: Chesham v Redditch abandoned when the visiting No 9 struck the referee - has been immediately dismissed by the club.

...hope your lights are up to it  - won't be able to switch that one to Spelthorne midweek - cos they don't have them!

Lammas do, should you need to for the next round though - play at Short Lane (Ashford Town (Mx)) - if indeed that's who you'll play - like I said I haven't checked the draw - was actually sent to me last week but I 'filed' it cos I don't normally bovver with CCL cups. :?

... hope to pop along to the freebie re-match with Cambo on Monday week - good time to play them too - they are going through a wobble. :)

Decent draw for Maidenhead, Godalming would be a lot closer to get to than Bodmin if i wasn't going to Crystal Palace that day.

Windsor win 3-0 at Raines Park. Now 5th in the table with games in hand.

Hanworth beat Slough Town 3-1 in the Cup!

And Banstead's season still on the up since getting thrashed 11-0 by Windsor, when they looked worse than the Bracknell of 2008/9, winning 3-1 at Sandhurst.
