Is this current style of play the most boring that Reading have played since the war, Porterfield was dull, as was Burns.

Nope, but failure to score in 15 out of 16 first halves, and so often conceding first seems to be to be a sign of a dull system. I saw the last two home games last season and i thought it was as dull as dishwater. The PO final just about went as expected, fall behind then start playing.
