Indeed, no Manset on the bench so can't really see much attacking option to come on. Would have thought Mills might be on the bench as wide cover as well.

This argument is clearly for another thread but how can he say he didn't do it to "take the mickey" out of the West Ham fans?

Either way, directly or indirectly as a result of his actions, he's not made it today

Quite agree - how is diving to get a fellow professional sent off less disrespectful than pulling your socks up. Maybe professionals have a different meaning of respect.
