Sounded like a great result if not a great game. Our form's starting to look really good - Cardiff is a massive game now.
Also, McD is clearly a brilliant brilliant manager - he keeps turning average teams into good teams

Got a load of abuse from a large fella in Row A. He laughed it off, blew out his cheeks and intimated that he should lose some weight. It was nothing. Thought he had a decent game TBH.

A gritty well earned 3 points today against a well organised Ipswich side.

Karacan was superb today covering every blade of grass.

Well done McDermott for replacing Karacan with 3 minutes to go with the ovation he received well deserved.

Surprised you say that Ipswich were well organised as they were a shambles at Portman Road when we beat them recently.

Karacan MOTM for me for being the shining piece of sweetcorn in a giant turd of a first half. Better second half overall. Centrebacks were top class. Church full of running and it nearly came off for him whereas Alfie didn't look quite in it. Hunt looked really dangerous and hungry coming on.

Not pretty by any stretch of the imagination and any semblance of 'passing football' was not present today but it's a tough period in terms of fixtures so getting the result really was top priority.
