FAO Reading Scouts

by FiNeRaIn » 07 Jan 2012 21:25

I would like us to have a look at the following players. These are NOTHING TO DO WITH CHAMPIONSHIP MANAGER, I don't play it so have no idea how they fare in that. What I do know is that they have come from a reliable source with extreme credentials in knowledge of young players. To his understanding no one else has made approaches for these players and due to not being English they are available for standard european prices so should be affordable.

Jimmy Durmaz - Malmo
Harmeet Singh - Valerenga
Flamur Kastrati - Duisberg
Mads Albæk - Midtjylland
Anders Randrup - Bronby
Yassine El Ghanassy - Gent

Reading scouts - get off your asses and go and watch these players, if not these players then clubs from around the continent. Broaden your horizons and stop tunnel visioning the English league like most of the other muppets here. Its time to buy FOREIGN...they are cheaper. They want to play here as they earn more in these leagues and there is more exposure should they do well they may get the chance to play in the premiership. Its win win....its time to sign sign.

For that reason, I'm out.

Or maybe we already have had one punt too many on the unknown and could instead pick up a premier league experienced player who will be out of contract this season.

Just feel that we need that bit of experience and by that I don't mean someone that played in the top division 10 years ago.

El Ghannassy will be far too expensive I'm afraid. But try sending the list off to the club if you want

Rather than telling all of us, why don't you actually contact the Reading scouts rather than hope they'll have a quick look on here for tips? Or is this just for your own 'net self gratification?

I know you can't resist a pop at me at any given opportunity...as this is that you do as a poster...but that really makes no sense. Do you have any contact details for the scouts? If so, PM.

What makes you think they're doing nothing?

Just because Reading appear to being doing nothing, doesn't mean that they are sitting around idle in their offices and playing solitaire on their laptops.

They have scouts all over the place hence why they've signed Canada's Under 21 captain and two young Aussies in the last couple of years. They're likely to also be going to the ACN to scout there.

It's very easy.. you e-mail the club, they pass it on to the appropriate people.
Just because you don't personally get a visit from Steve Shorey, doesn't mean nobody reads the e-mail.
Get over yourself, you have completely mistaken your own self importance.

Ideal...the token foreign, racist message board clown giving me advice after stating a player who is 5'11 was 5'5.

If carlsberg did muppets...

You are just a predictably repetitive mong, we all have our flaws.

I'm capable of working out how to get information to them. And I would do so if I had an overinflated opinion of my scouting abilities and thought I could tell them how to do their job better, or something they didn't know.
