Federici 5 - pulled of some reasonable saves but awful distribution overshadowed
Cummings 2 - dissapointing to say the very least
Pearce 3 - couldn't follow up recent performances, not good enough
Gorks 4 - won a few headers but far too clumsy
Harte 2 - doesn't warrant a return to the side based on that performance
Tabb 3 - probably tried hard but didn't really notice him
Legs 0 - did virtually nothing all game, worst player on the pitch IMO
McAnuff 1 - why is this man still our captain?
HRK 0 - quite simply appalling
Le Fondre 4 - did nothing wrong but yet again no service from midfield, possibly need to start building the team around him a tad more?
Church 0 - never rated him - shocking, as ever

Subs 1 - Antonio is not good enough for this side, Manset ineffective and D'Ath looked lively at best

The FA cup hasn't been an irrelevance to us for the past couple of seasons. Had McD decided to play what consisted of basically the reserve team, they couldn't have done any worse than the ones who played yesterday. I would rather have had the chance to see some of the other players, even if they lost the game, than see the complete lack of commitment and interest that I saw yesterday from the majority of players who have held a first team place all season. There were very few "passes" - mainly hoof ball and when a player did try and pass, the recipient either wasn't looking (e.g Church) or the pass was totally abysmal (e.g. Legs). They should be ashamed. McD even said he'd done his homework on Stevenage - unfortunately, his dog must have eaten it - because I saw nothing out there today that showed anyone knew what they were doing. Looking at the bench summed everything up for me. If that is our cover for the season, heaven help us.

That says it all. People point out that Church is our top scorer (not a great accomplishment, given the 'competition' in the squad). Antonio is another cut price gamble who isn't anywhere near up to the required standard.

That sums it up really. McD put out our strongest team and I can't even recall a save their keeper had to make in the first half, and maybe one routine one in the second.

I could stand losing if we'd of had a poorly playing second string, but Karacan apart that was as good as we had with Kebe and Hunt injured.

When was the last time he was given the ball in front of goal? As that is why we signed him, he's not like Shane was and does lots of work outside the box. Cureton did nothing outside the box, but when given chances he scored.
