This is the end of our club as we know it. All those years of support will mean nothing now. Let's remember the good times.....Branfoot, Senior, Gilkes, Simod Cup, Jimmy Quinn, Madejski Stadium, Phil Parkinson, Jamie Cureton, Steve Coppell, promotion, Premier League, James Harper vs Liverpool...erm......Alex Pearce. I love you RFC

It's Richard Branson, with some help from Parky, Tarrant and all the owners of the businesses in TVP. We're minted.

Also, I suspect this is only a partial sale. SJM is here for a while yet (thankfully).

Apparently he has a trillion dollar bill stashed somewhere in his mansion, but so far all we have been able to ascertain from satelite photos is it's not on the roof!

Perhaps he fancies a move back to the South as the Leeds natives get restless!

But seriously, it would be great news if Madejski's finally realised he can't do things on his own and is now reconciled to the prospect of sharing his ball with others.

Maybe South Coast Sports Investment has turned into Thames Sports Investment!

Incidentally, can't believe that so many people expected to find what is probably a gestating investment vehicle already registered in Companies House!

madejski has negotiated joint ownership, he continues to be chairman, and has a veto on all major decisions on the future of the club.
the new investors have agreed to pay JM a proportion of his share now, and will pay the rest plus profit on promotion- all further profits from then will be split between the club, and the investors.
there is a further sum of money earmarked to spend now and in the summer
the management team are writing a shopping list as we speak, and are looking to sign at least 3 players before the window shuts
