If they did any sort of work on the foundations then planning permission should still be in place. If not, then carry on!

It was renewed at the time of expiry, on the grounds that it's cheaper to do that than to reapply from scratch later on.

But if the Mail's "big transfer story" is Jason Roberts, literally everyone here will be underwhelmed, even if they think he'd be a useful loan for the rest of the season. That's what my post was about, but seems to have passed you by in your attempt to.... what is it you do here anyway?

Yeah, not being funny but big transfer really cannot result in Roberts, surely? If so, they really do underestimate us as a club, classing Roberts a big signing for us.
