In this thread?

Please excuse the not being particularly specific part of my post.

the planning permission i believe has since expired, however it wouldn't take much to get it approved again.

If they did any sort of work on the foundations then planning permission should still be in place. If not, then carry on!

It was renewed at the time of expiry, on the grounds that it's cheaper to do that than to reapply from scratch later on.

I'm looking forward to the RFC fans competeting with each other again over who's more of a "proper" fan.

Let the bitching begin!

Yes because that's exactly what we're doing..

Damn fcuking Russians, giving us money to bring in a proven premiership striker when they're not even in control of the club yet.... I'm sooooooo angry. I'm going to go buy one of those little green/yellow scarves.

But if the Mail's "big transfer story" is Jason Roberts, literally everyone here will be underwhelmed, even if they think he'd be a useful loan for the rest of the season. That's what my post was about, but seems to have passed you by in your attempt to.... what is it you do here anyway?

Yeah, not being funny but big transfer really cannot result in Roberts, surely? If so, they really do underestimate us as a club, classing Roberts a big signing for us.
