Corky341 On February 5, 2011, Cywka was openly criticised by Derby boss Nigel Clough after his losing of the ball late in the game led to a late equaliser in a 1-1 draw at Portsmouth. Of Cywka, Clough said "He's an extremely inexperienced and not very bright footballer... he can go back to Wigan or wherever he came from - I'm not really bothered - until he learns the game."
?

Oh what a brilliant bit of people management there! No wonder he wanted to get away!

He'll feel right at home as soon as he hears the first bit of motivational booing.

From the dcfcfans website this morning -

"Under the right management, Tomasz could be a revelation and McDermott seems to be the sort of manager who gets the best out of his players. Apparently he is at the Madejski this morning discussing terms."

But it was written by 'Newbie' so what does he know?

Most of the opinions there think he never got a proper chance at Derby and could do well. However, they also think they got a fee ....

Basingstoke-Royal D'ath just tweeted

'ahhh f**k it '

Must be annoying that he just gets near the first team and now he will be back in the reserves again with these two on the bench

Probably just found out the Osborne deal fell through.

Can't help but think this is crying out for a 'shop of SF bottom left.

With Cywka, do we finally have a plan B that doesn't involve subbing Karacan or Cummings for a winger and playing McAnuff in the middle where he can have no impact?

Maybe he'll get a loan move to League One or League Two where he can get some experience in the Leyland D'ath Cup.

Sorry pal, where in that sentence is there any racist remark?

Manset is a big forward, So is Roberts but Roberts scores goals. I have never mentioned race or colour in any post including this one.

Not even sure why I am bothering to repond to you as you clearly have the IQ of an ameoba.

It's cool that Roberts gets to wear his age on his back.

Like a sell-by-date.

Typical RFC, the sodding shirt is already a day out of date the day they put it on show!

It puts McD's man management in a good light, that's for sure. I wondered last week how McCarthy must have felt at the criticism of him hurled out on the radio by that meathead Jewell, who didn't even refer to him by name ("the goalkeeper"). Hopefully, it will make McC appreciate the Reading way even more.

I'm so used to the Brian (and Coppell) style now that I feel almost shocked when I hear managers slagging off their players on air. I don't mean constructive criticism like we heard from Dalglish recently, I mean scathing remarks that are only going to demotivate players.

This would be worth the ticket money alone. Heskey and roberts up front....running around pushing people over like a buffalo stampede. Ploughing through relentlessly on goal!

oxf*rd YES!
