I have heard there is a pitch inspection at 12 noon. There was a heavy frost up there overnight.

I hope the covers did their job.......

Well that's a shock. Bloody stupid decision to inspect the pitch yesterday and then say they didn't plan one for today, what with the weather being as it is. Bloody refs.

It's not confirmed, it was posted by a Donny fan on another forum who said he had phoned the club this morning.

just over 40 miles from Donny here and although thick ice on the cars etc, not much of a ground frost. The covers are reported to protect upto minus 6, unfortunately it reached -8 overnight. Clear blue skies at the moment, light snow expected by 3pm and the heavy stuff by 5pm.

Surely if there was a pitch inspection it would be made official by now for the fans travelling up?

the majority of snow is predicted between dusk and midnight, with a chance of further snow after midnight. Same sauce.
