winchester_royal 1) Solkjaer
2) Dolan
3) Gunnarsson

2 and 3 are very risky considering the new owner and his clear ambition for a return to the premier league asap. solkjaer is interesting.

I like Dolan, and it'll be keeping it in-house which has worked very well for us before, and I'm not sure Gibbs is management material.

Gunnarsson would obviously be fantastic, that man can't fail! 8)

But yeah, Solksjaer would be my number 1 choice by quite a margin. Working well at Molde, very intelligent, and by all accounts likes his teams to play decent football.

Well, that rules him out of being successful with the current squad as he'd have to buy two new centre mids and a striker to start with.

We wouldn't and neither would he. If both parties were a pair of drunk horny teenagers at a nightclub not even then would a single look be exchanged.

Soljkaar has an impressive record but with the present expectations that are around Reading at the moment Curbishly would be my choice.

Coppell easy.

Every other manager would suffer replacing Brian, Coppell till May at least.

IF IF IF Mac goes (and I think it's silly)

Coppell until the season's end is very logical
