Obviously purely going on BBCRB commentary so can't completely comment but confident if we're a little more clinical we can win this one. HRK and Jobi Mac need to get involved or introduced by their peers a bit more by the sounds of it too

LOL!

On the first half highlights, Dellor just said Reading could go top if they win tonight.
He is, of course, technically right, but we would have to win by 15 goals!

blueroyals
winchester_royal We've been pretty awful so far and still carved out 3 or 4 clear chances. Game is absolutely there for the taking if we get the ball down and play some sodding football.

It's grim up north.

Did you not hear the McDermott pre-match interview? He was quizzed on why the team doesn't play attacking football ... he responded with something along the lines of "What is defined as attacking football is very subjective, personally I think attacking football involves lots of passing, whether it be short or long" so don't hold your breath.

Actually he was asked about playing attractive football not attacking football.

Pool and Darts 62% possession for Royals.

The current assessment from the stands- get it out wide on the right wing FFS. Close down central midfield and read the telegraphed passes. Frustrating to see from the stands. Playing towards the away support might gee the team up. Donny are spoilers we knew that. Mix up up with urgency and do not let the opposition sit back on their laurels. Break them and press their panic button.

We're not good at coming back from a losing position at half time.

Cmon Reading - this is an easy place to come, usually. We haven't lost here since the 7-5 in 1981.

However, I'm worried.
