Not much of a suprise given that includes the 106 season, two p/o finishes and currently a second place.

Agreed - pretty irrelevant, we all know how promotion works.

Snowball And a fit Shane brought into this side wouldn't improve it.

Roberts and Long would be better than Roberts and Hunt so I disagree.

It was a sarcastic post by SB, and he knows I ma having a pop, as he said that we did better without Siggy so was no real loss, yet for Long he cant say the same, even though the stats show the same, we ahev done better without Long this season than we did with him last

Two different scenarios.

We let Siggy go and stiffened the defence and changed our playing style.

Long (if fit) would slot into this team, replacing Hunt and we'd be better for it.

Simples.

Gordons Cumming We're pretty good at this Championship lark.

The really  bit is that we're the only team in the top 10 to have played under 300 games. And by a long shot as well.

Siggy, Long, McAnuff & Kebe would be my PL (realistic) dream attack force. I think it'd come close to spunking my pants if that happened. (I'd prefer 05/06 era Kitson for Long, but he's long gone)

The really, really  bit is our Goal Difference record which is +95* above everyone else. Another  required.

*Edit. Apart from West Brom, who we're +59 above.
