There are going to be some more twists and turns, but one thing is for sure - Leeds is a must win game simply because West Ham play twice after that before we do again. If we go 7 points clear it will be demoralising for them to know that even winning twice won't catch us. If we win on Friday and West Ham drop any points away at Barnsley and home to Brum I'd be inclined to think they won't catch us at all. If we don't beat Leeds and West Ham do get 6 points I wouldn't fancy going to BHA needing a win to go back to second.

Leeds (H) W
BHA (A) D
Southampton (A) L
Nottingham F (H) W
Crystal Palace (H) D
Birmingham (A) L

8 points, but West Ham dropping points at home sees us through in second

After the Peterborough game I said Reading would not lose again this season.

I stand by that. And that is all.

I honestly cannot see past WWWWWW at the moment. Even Southampton look shaky coming into the end of fixtures. I generally believe that we can gain maximum points. Or maybe I've got rose tinted glasses on again. Either way, I'm really excited!

Look on the bright side, if we win all our games, we will be Champions.

However, I think it will be

Leeds (H) W
Brighton (A) D
Southampton (A) - L
Nottingham Forest (H)- W
Crystal Palace (H)- W
Birmingham (A) - D

4 wins and two defeats in the last six should be enough to secure an automatic - 2pts average per game.

Avoid the draws if we can.

Leeds - W 3-0
Brighton - W 3-1
Southampton - W 2-1
Forest - W 2-0
Palace - D 2-2
Birmingham - W 1-0

Or any combination of those results.

13 points, Champions.

Just looked at last games:

We need to hope Brum are safe in third or fourth - as they could rest key players for the play-offs.

West Ham have Hull at home - a couple of weeks ago that looked a tough game but they have drifted out of contention a bit and if there is nothing on the game for them, as I suspect, it looks an easy home win.

Saints have Coventry at home on the other hand - that could be tricky given their recent form and likely be something still riding on game for them.
