Let's hope with some TSI investment the online ticketing glitches are sorted out so this type of thing doesn't happen again.

Why the hell did they put this new ticketing system in? It's crap. OK, at times of exceptionally high demand the old system used to wobble a bit but it was still better than this new one.

Gave up on the phone and am writing this from the Madejski car par.

2,591 left according to the ticket office, and just to let you know I got row 37 if anybody was waiting thinking they'd sell the front first.

Now off to buy inflatables! :)

IN !! for us anyway - have to wait till saturday to see if can get for the kids as they all have between 500-1000 points. That will be a nervy wait for them!

By the way according to the phone I was on hold for 27mins
