PremAddict SOTON do look class. Don't mind a repeat of the BHA match but I'm sure my heart/health will take issue with that...

We have played the 2 best teams in this division, away, in 4 days....we have some resilience and some deep reserves of character to have won the first game and be up at half time in the 2nd....

Great support by Reading...just down the road

Pathetic club

What a cock; we sold out our allocation which is more than Wham did when we played them......

TBF there is an annoying almost empty segment in the corner.

FiNeRaIn
Ideal Commentary on sky does seem a bit southampton oriented.
Keep criticizing our players and lauding theirs. Good thing we scored, they were just bleating on about how southampton had more chances than us etc.
.

Na, tbf we have been battered, I don't think they are bias at all. They've given us a fair bit of praise at times.

I wouldn't agree with that. Feds has made 2 saves. I thought we were under far more pressure from Brighton. Saints do not move the ball as quick.

In some ways the Brighton game was the ideal game to play before this.

RobRoyal Fukking hell Tabb. They played right through him there.

Tabb isn't at the pace of the game is he?

I'd say he is doing his best to clean up the scraps, But yes more lightweight than I am used to seeing from someone , who can put it about abit for a dwarf... Mullins is my choice to be replaced by Gunnarsson , at about 65mins , cos bryn will know what to do and follow it to the letter . Also I can see church coming on for Hunt at about 75mins. This doesn't look like a Lefondre opportunity .

Feds has been Outstanding
Cummings is maturing and showing he's gonna have what it takes
Kebe's cross 4 Roberts goal was superb
Harte may be the best dead ball deliverer ,we've ever had , If i was brian , I would have him on PACE development throughout the close season.
McNuff is a bit lost , but a good captain IMO

I think there is a bit too much credit for Soton. Obvs they have been better, but Feds has only had to make 2 good saves 1 of which was because of a deflection.

Have had a fag and topped up my wine - bottle finished. Might go out for another one about 10 minutes into second half, as I missed the goal due to not watching in first half!

Tabb primarily played on the wing at Coventry right?

I gotta be honest watching him, I can't see it

Ideal
RobRoyal 4-5-1 for the second half please.

No - that would be a disaster. Having two forwards holds up their defenders, and stretches their team.
Otto Rehhagel's greece had a man sent off in euro 2004. What did Rehhagel do? He put his fastest striker on, this turned the game to their advantage as it tied up the defenders and made sure they could not orchestrate their attack from the back.
I think the same thing applies here, if we take off a striker we will get screwed.

It's a fair point in general but disaster is what we're facing if we don't start to match them in centre-mid.

As I say I don't think McD will make changes yet. Hopefully a stiring teamtalk and a chance to regroup will tip the balance slightly in our favour.
