27.5%

That's how much possession we had according to SSN :)

Cannot remember a team ever winning, let alone by 2 goals, with the opposition having the ball nearly three times longer.

BBC says 41%. It definitely wasn't 27.5%.

Wasn't having a dig at the team - I just think it's amazing.

Exactly.

I don't know if it was THAT one-sided (although it felt like it but that might be the nerves...), but it's still impressive to come away with a scoreline like that from Fortress St Mary's! This team is astonishingly effective.

We clearly absorb the pressure well though it does not do the support any good. Proper heart in mouth moments throughout!

as just posted on the other thread

According to Sky Sports News...

Shots on target

Saints 9
Reading 3 :D  :D

all that matters is the goals scored. McDermott orchestrated a masterpiece tonight.

It's not how big it is, it's what you do with it that counts.

Counter attack

Arsenal outplay most teams each week but they don't win everything

It's not the size of the sea
It's the motion of the ocean

The SSN stats were from Opta.

Opta > BBC IMO. (Especially in this case because it makes the win all the more sweeter. And impressive ;))
