Think we can see a banana skin against Forest, remember our performance against Sheffu last season,
but this time it's there for the taking, and think Brian will keep the players on it.
Think Wet Shams 6-0 may well have done us a big favour in reminding the players it's not cigar time yet.

Going 2-0 (but please get an early goal to calm the nerves! )
Hunt, Pearce

Silver Fox I was just wondering what anyone is basing any negative views on? You are aware we're on quite a good run of form and Forest have barely escaped relegation aren't you?

They've got quite a good away record recently. Few of them seem confident too.

Semi-valid as they do have 10 points from their last 5 awaydays, but that doesn't come close to comparing to our home form

I just can't work out whether everyone is manufacturing a gigantic reverse jinx, or if Reading fans really are as daft as they often seem

Jackson Corner I will go for my usual 0-1 it's seems to have been a lucky omen for us over the last two months. I will also be wearing the same boxers I wore to Brighton and Southampton. I hope we do go up tomorow or they will be minging by the brum game!

I trust theyve been cleaned since?

I have a real dilemma.

I have tickets for the Palace and Brum games :D but was convinced by a Bristol City friend to go to Ashton Gate on Tuesday night and watch them quote ‘beat’ unquote The Hammers. Whilst I’d love for City to win or draw for their own sake in staying up (they are my ‘home’ team really) I do not want to miss The Promo Party (especially as I missed the trip to Leicester in ‘06 as had long standing other plans and didn’t believe we would do it so early!).

So I want both Reading to lose or draw against Forest and for Bristol City to beat West Ham.

I can understand wanting West Ham to win so you don't miss out by why on earth would you want Reading to loose?!

My shirt had been on a run since Blackpool but was covered in far too much beer on Friday night to make it to the end of the season

I am going for 2-0 us. 25,000 singing fans, and a motivated and focused team which not only want promotion but want to win the league should make the difference.

Reading 2-0 Forest

I want City to win.... to stay up, consequently I need Reading to drop points so The Promo Party is not Tuesday when I'm at Ashton Gate!! :?

I have been wearing my team shirt, only on game days and only for as long as necessary, since the end of January without washing it. It smells of my deoderant but it ain't getting washed yet and I'll be wearing it again tomorrow. :D

Now that we are nearly there, this one really worries me. 1-1, but I think City/Wet Sham will finish level as well. City are on a good run at the moment. I think Saints will lose.

NR_Royal I think we'll draw this 1-1. Kebe to level it.

West Ham will win 2-0 and Southampton will draw 1-1

1) Reading 86
2) Southampton 83
3) West Ham 82

As good as up.

As near spot on as I can find.

This seems to have become the personal preference/want thread rather than a straight prediction-fest - can't believe anyone wants to see a result go against us tomorrow, just becasue they can't be there.

Selfish and deluded. The team is bigger than you.

I can't be there tomorrow, but anything other than a win? Christ, no.

1. Fuck off newbie.
2. You have double quoted beat. Not sure why you did that.
3. Fuck your mate (with all due respect mind), Fuck watching Bristol City. I cannot fathom that a person who is living in the UK, would not go to any of these last games. As Hillary Duff once sang, this is what dreams are made of. People like Libertine, Prem_addcit, seahawk10, RCRFC, all of my brothers and sisters living in Australia and myself would kill to be there, but are thousands of miles away.

So I for one, hope they do get promoted tomorrow. And you all do not get to celebrate with the rest of the fans who will blow off plans to see something special.
