The Premier League - I'm Looking Forward To...

by Wimb » 18 Apr 2012 15:57

Seven reasons off the top of my head on TTE below

http://thetilehurstend.co.uk/2012/04/18 ... er-league/

Got to be plenty I've missed.

And yes I know there's the negative like increased prices, problems getting tickets, having to deal with PL egos etc but for this week it's time to enjoy it.

Not so much about the premier league but I'm really looking forward to some sort of season review Bluray... and if it doesn't happen I WILL be devastated.

Exactly, can't understand how watford can get out end of season dvds
& we've had two massive cup runs & two pushes to the play-offs in last 3 seasons, nothing!

They'd better release one for this season!

MOTD coverage...

Sitting at 11:59 waiting for Reading's 30 seconds at the end.
Alan Shearer claiming "Nobody has heard of Jobi McAnuff, but he looks a good little player for a good, little, respectable team."

But in all seriousness, I can't for Man U/Chelsea etc away. A few real established Prem players coming in in the summer might be nice too.

mr_number The first time that Lawrenson says he thinks we'll struggle

Since he commented after Posh that we would start losing a few, I do believe we've won six straight, scoring 14 against 4.

A weekly diet of other team's supporters crying about how they've been mugged off by us.

Mainly just being able to view all the games.

And...

melonhead a team made up of mostly a bunch of players written off as not good enough finishing 7th

Those same players still being written off in the PL and continuing to prove their critics wrong at the next level...

Being able to watch all of the games. Albeit a dodgy stream over the internet here in Canada, but when I get home to Australia, back on the TV every Sat night at 2am. That my friends, is what dreams are made of.

Visiting huge grounds, and the sense of awe I get when I step out into the bowl and gaze around at the huge wall of seats :)
Having a gold player (or two) on FIFA 13 Ultimate team
Watching Kebe take on Cole, Evra, Clichy etc.
Sell outs and amazing atmosphere's at home every week
