royalexile Yep. The drive to the ground raised some eyebrows, cut a lip, broke a camera and made a cab driver nervous.

It's not too bad a walk out to the ground. Half an hour mentioned is probably a little generous, 20 mins easily.
Definitely recommend the Dragon Inn, or there's the Newt Bar at New St station which will be serving at that time. Otherwise the other Spoons are in the wrong direction for the ground

Compo's Hat Having walked from New Street to Air nightclub a few times (which is just the other side of the railway line from St Andrews), it's definitely less than half an hour walk easily.

How old are you, and are you a girl? (No offence intended RL)

EPRCompo's Hat Will be off to find a Wetherspoons before most pubs open at 11.
The Dragon Inn at The Arcadian is the most "en route" 'spoons.

Back exit from New Street, turn left, left at the lights and straight on you come straight to it.

royalexile Alcohol in form of John Smith's Bitter or Fosters Lager is served, as well as Smirnoff Ice and Wine.
Though this might have changed.

sheshnu Sorry if I offended you RL, but whilst the walk might take 20 minutes for Compo, it might take a few minutes longer for some other people (myself included). Certainly at a stroll it'll take a little while.

LOL - DO IT!!!!!!
It is crap - so many long-distance royals won't get to see us parading the trophy. But, then again, we're not Man Utd.
