Hunt Bloodline

by Friday's Legacy » 21 Apr 2012 19:05

Is there another brother, cousin, nephew who likes to kick a ball?

Two promotions to the Premier League and two Championship titles; and both with a Hunt in the side from the same family.

If we go back down we must find another Hunt!!

Agreed. He didn't look happy when he trudged off either.... looked like he gave Freedman a mouthful too.

Interview on the radio with Dellor suggested that Hunty had got an elbow to the side of the face in the last few minutes which D'Urso completely missed  ...which Hunty commented was probably a good thing as it meant he could carry on despite blood pouring out of the side of his head!!!

I couldnt believe the amount of blood on his shirt on the walk around the pitch. Also Fedders was carrying a Cold pack strapped to his right knee. Hopefully precautionary.

We can get absolutely smashed at Birmingham and it won;t matter a bit - we're already champions.

Team for Birmingham

McCarthy
Griffin Gunnarson Harte Mills
Obita Mullins Tabb HRK
Church Sheppard

And I wouldn't care.

The whole team seem to be 'patched up' before each of the recent games...Kebe, McAnuff, Ledge have all been heavily strapped up since the Brighton game...

Subs : ALF (obviously to come on to score the winner), Andersen, McAnuff ('cos the skipper should be there), Gibbs, McDermott

I can't see wholesale changes like that. McDermott will want to end the season on a high, not risk a defeat.

I can though see a few players who are carrying knocks left out/rested, as there's no need to risk them/put them through it now.

He won't drop Pearce or Feds because they both want to equal Ivar and play every minute of the league campaign.

I was going to start a thread called: One hunt down - one hunt up. Then thought the other hunt will hover around others teams for a place on the bench.

Dont really like either of them, but they are hard working guys. Just their attitude gets to me. The elder is worst, though.

We're in luck! There's another Hunty a few years off! Can't expect the Catholics to have just two kids

eh? Noel's attitude is first class. He's worked his arse off this season, very underrated player, gives everything for the team and is versatile. Other than Gorkss/Pearce player of the season for me.

Agree 100% mate.
His work away from football shows his altogether great attitude. You always see pictures of him at local schools etc. A great guy who loves RFC

Very strange post. What on earth is wrong with Noel Hunt?
Nice guy, good honest pro, scores a few goals and always gives 100% - what more can a supporter want?
