he didnt die on the pitch the news reports in the states are that he was at a bar and was rushed to the hospital. they wont comment any further. i remember watching him playing for his college team (University of North Carolina) which is about a hour from where i live in the college national tournament. they ended up playing the college that i am attending in the finals. Unc Charlote vs Unc. he was impressive and one of the few standouts on both sides. this is a sad sad day.

I think the reference to dying on the pitch was Ihelewere who is mentioned in the article linked. I think maffff was just posting a semi-related story, ie a footballer dying, rather than saying it was what happened to Urso. Sad news either way about both guys.
