rumour zaha and clyne

Sounds like a eastern European comedy double act but in fact according to the mirror we are looking to bid 8 million for the palace pair. Yes please! Their appearance in the British olympics long list could be an early disadvantage however

Am hoping that we sort out our transfer business in early part of summer. So early approaches all good.

Sounds too good to be true but I'd fap all day if we signed any one of them tbh.

I'm getting a very strong feeling of deja vu.

Looks like Johnny Fordham isn't the only one nicking his transfer gossip from these very pages.

I can't see Bertrand when he's starting to push Cole for a start.

Clyne a massive yes please at right back.

Zaha a massive massive yes please. Someone to run and trick their way into the box is just what we need.

All 3 are a massive YES PLEASE, can't see Berty leaving unless they sign someone and it will only be a loan they let him go on

It is just great to be linked with quality players at last. We do need new full backs

This is lazy jounalism.

Bertrand will be Coles replacement and hes playing really well, he won't go.

Palace are building their team round Zaha - he won't go

Clyne - Again no

Palace had a little cup run too so they have some spondoolies. They know Zaha is essential to next season.

That and he's one of the brigest prospects in the Championship and is certain to leave Palace this summer. We're a team going up with some new money burning a hole in our pocket and with an ageing right back we're probably looking to replace.

It's hardly rocket sicence putting 2+2 together on this one.

If someone comes in with £4m then i doubt they will say no.....they let Moses go for £2.5m and he had over 2 years left on his contract with them

Palace had to sell Moses at the time as they were fighting off financial ruin.

I think they're in a more stable position these days, but I still think they'll probably cash in on these two.

Zaha more realistic than Clyne who's being watched by the big 4/5 teams in the Prem.

Zaha is a good player, he is their key, it would have to be over the odds for him.

Im sure we will enquire but i reckon they will price him for silly money

Palace have already turned down a £7m bid for Zaha from Bolton so we will have to up our offer siginficantly.

Clyne is out of contract at the end of the season and Manure were showing a lot of interest in January. He looks to be the more realistic target cost wise as his value will be determined by a tribunal.

In January though, when most teams don't sell. He's unlikely to want to stick around the Championship too long, especially as he might go to the Olympics this summer

As mentioned previously Clyne is out of contract so will be leaving this summer, it just depends who can sell themselves to him best. But if this is the quality of player we are going for then it sends out a good statement of intent.
