Big Foot Spookily enough, I wrote a piece for The Tilehurst End this afternoon about our very own '4 year plan'.

Just a quick random thought.... Ever since div 1 was changed to the Championship, we've won it twice, which makes us (and possibly Sunderland) the team who has won it the most times, right?

Yep - but we got more points in our 2 wins so I say the kudos belongs to us alone

andrew1957 The last 7 seasons have been an amazing roller coaster ride.

Two promotions, 8th in the PL, relegation when we looked certain to survive at Christmas. Two failed Play Offs and what looked like a possible relegation to L1 before Brain saved the day.

I hoped we would go up but no idea when.

It is certainly not boring supporting RFC.

agreed.

Skyline We seem to specialise in 4-year stints at a level recently, spoiled by only spending 2 years in the Prem. Since the 1994/5 season our record has been:

Tier 2: 4 years (1994/5 to 1997/8)
Tier 3: 4 years (1998/9 to 2001/2)
Tier 2: 4 years (2002/3 to 2005/6)
Tier 1: 2 years (2006/7 to 2007/8)
Tier 2: 4 years (2007/8 to 2011/2)

Hopefully we can spend a bit longer at the top level this time out :)

i dont mind

being a yo yo club would still be a step up for us

We're the only team to have won both the Coca Cola Championship and the N-Power Championship. *

Well we're the only team to have won the N-Power Championship

Ark Royal I though the nadir was witnessing the shocking performances under The Big Bad Watch against Scunthorpe and Palace. We were awful - Moses parted our arse cheeks and ripped us a new one; Rodgers completely lost it with Dellor. At that point I was convinced we were going down.

Similar lows but Posh and QPR away. Absolutely pathetic displays.

Highs?
Liverpool twice (on TV), Villa, getting to go to Wembley and the team making a fight of it after a disastrous start.. Palace at home... There's been plenty more that have been highs that I haven't seen as well.
