I think the Dragon is marginally more en-route (A), i've added a red blob for the Briar Rose.

Nothing in it really as long as you come out of the back entrance of New Street station - don't use the main exists from the platforms keep going to the northern end and and use the back entrance you come out right where the blue line starts otherwise you end up somewhere in the middle of the Bull Ring.

Are there not any away fan pubs near the ground? Can't be @ssed with settling into a boozer and then having to traipse over to St Andrews. Did that last time and missed kick off!

Any pubs close to St Andrews i've seen have all been for home fans only and they're terrible tbh. According to http://www.footballgroundguide.com/birmingham_city/ there are two pubs close to the ground that tolerate away fans, The Cricketers Arms and The Brighton Pub. Not been to either of them myself.

Briar Rose for us tomorrow. Maybe the Wellington after the game depending when we head back to Reading.

Allow for a half hour walk to be comfortable, but there's a taxi rank next to New St station (2 mins walk) if you wanted to do that.
