Simon's Church
Ian Royal What an outstanding Academy we have that its produced two of the top three for PoTS this year. And the third was a nobody who no one else would give a chance to. :D

And our last 3 PoTS have all played for our U18's or below, pretty good going.

Did Long play for the U18's then?

Couldn't make the parade but looked a great day despite the weather.

Severe alcohol overdose put pay to my drive down South on Sunday. Finally getting kicked out of a club at 4am after continually making an ass of myself singing Reading songs!

Fair play to the one bouncer that had a sense of humour as the other three opened the fire escape with my head.

I was told in no uncertain terms to go away and a voice from behind shouted 'yeah and take Matt Mills with you'.

That's about as good as it got! Slept for 45 minutes on the train, woke up and had an overwhelming desire to get absolutely battered!

But the club can claim him as a product of the coaching staff, he was extremely raw before joining, no where near professional in terms of his technique. Our coaching (and his willingness to learn) made him the player he is today.
