More than I'd have liked, but pretty much what I expected. I have no problems with those prices.

I don't think ANYONE can moan at those prices! Try getting a seat at Emirates & you'll get my point.
Think the club have priced these spot on.

Friday's Legacy
So 21,000 or so then. A big risk I feel, especially when the club plan to expand to 30,000 in 12 months if we stay up. At those prices there will be 7000 empty seats for the lesser games. We shall see.

That is ignoring the fact that with an extra 7000 seats they can sell more ST than at the moment, I would assume that ST are all but sold out of the 18k available, with the higher matchday prices we should be aiming for up to 23k ST holders after the extension, with good pricing there is no reason not to achieve that after a cple of seasons.

And dont forget ST get priority on european games as well.

Do ST holders get priority on World Club cup tickets as well as euro games?

Winchester Royal Probably won't be going to many next season then, £40 a ticket for the big games is sadly going to price me out.

Depends whether you only want to watch the 'big' games then really, doesn't it? As Coppell always used to say, they're fairly irrelevant to our season.

Not really. I go to watch Reading, but if some games are £32 and some are £40, it's gonna be the £32 games that I'd be going to.

Must admit,the prices afre stifling.

As noted elsewhere, been around since '94 but been fairly limited in being able to attend since '02 but try when I can.

The fact that I may be walking up if I can attend next season and paying up to £50 for a matchday is scary.

At Norwich (a bit bigger than us capacity-wise, with a max of 22,000 STH's) their equivilent of the Upr West for an early bird renewal (by the end of Feb) was £532; its now £608.

Newcastle are doing 10 year STH's, at a fixed price.

Yeah, absolutely, and it'll be those games that are more important to us anyway, so I'm not too fussed. I don't think we could really expect the club to charge much less when they know a load of people will pay £40 to see their beloved Man U etc.

I'd like to see us play Liverpool and Arsenal... I've seen us play Utd twice, albeit in the cup.

But I've never really picked games because their big, but for when it's easier to go and when I think it'll be a decent game or a particularly good atmosphere. Which is why I usually go when we play Donny, or Posh... because those tend to be good games... although I refuse to go to London Road ever again now. Bastard comebacks.

These prices seem relatively good compared to the London prem clubs I think.

Also, our prices reflect supply & demand; when we have a bigger stadium capacity, the increase in ticket prices (if at all) will be significantly less then we have seen because there will be more availability of seats.

Of course, prices have to be compared to a club of similar size/demand rather than the big boys in London. West Brom must be feeling the pinch as season tickets have dropped in price and now £349-449, much better than ours. Wigan this year were £295-£345. We'll be fine this year but if its like last time demand will wane in future years at these prices which is a shame. And perversely Man Utd remain as cheap to watch as anyone!

Only until June 1st, so actually dearer than our early bird prices (with a later cutoff date admittedly, but thast's for obvious reasons)

So is there a maximum number of season tickets they are selling - or will they just keep going until the stadium is full?!

I presume the max is 18K again.

I'm sure I'd heard about the 10% rule, but it appears people like Arsenal only give c. 3,000 tickets - do they have special dispensation or something?
