HRK's a young winger. Which means his decision making isn't the best and he is anonymous too much. But that applies to virtually all young wingers and he's improved this season and will continue to do so.

GOAL

Sheffield Wednesday 1-0 Wycombe - Michail Antonio (25 mins)

Hillsborough erupts as Michail Antonio gets ahead of the Wycombe defence, holds off a couple of challenges and pokes the ball past Nikki Bull and in. Wednesday on course for promotion. Seconds later there is another huge cheer. The reason...

We'll be lucky to get £20 if they've seen any of his performances in the Championship.

Seems a no-brainer. By all accounts he has been the outstanding player for a team about to enter the Championship. Selling him now would not bring in significant cash by our new Prem standards. His wages will not break the bank. Give him a chance. If he does not make it, then offloading him from a Prem club will increase the price we can ask.

There are limited players we can "give a chance" to given the 25 man rule. If we don't sell him he needs a season long loan to prove he can hack it at a higher level than league 1.

Makes sense to me.

I have seen him play for Weds a few times and he looks good, not performed for us yet but clearly has potential.

@itk_agent is claiming tonight that we have told Antonio he can leave. He's contracted until 2014 isn't he? I expect a sensible fee if he does go. I'm not sure how reliable this person is! I'm hoping not very, as I'd still like to see more of him here.

Well, I certainly know, for a fact, that SWFC want to keep him....

He's looked rubbish to the point of laughter whenever I've seen him play so mystified he's done so well. Still, League 1 aint the Prem.

For what it's worth Charlie Nicholas was watching the Sheffield Wednesday game for Soccer Saturday and said how impressed he was with Antonio and that he's 'be amazed if he didn't feature for Reading in the Premier League some time next season'
