Chill. I deliberately overstated the Royals yellow/red cards to emphasize the amount of cards this one individual has received in just 11 games.
I'm merely alluding to the fact that he would prove too costly to have in the team for a season. Not a typical Reading signing, IMHO.

If he'd played more than eight games for rock bottom Cesena i might be able to tell you a bit more about him.

Before everyone assumes he's part of a leaky defence it should be noted Cesena's relegation was more down to their failure to score goals (Mutu is a shadow of the player he was). Their defence has conceded around the same number as a whole host of sides in Serie A.
