Victor Meldrew One good thing about last night was Bertrand only being moderate which could just mean that we have a better chance of signing him.

Unfortunately the rest of CheLOLsea's defence sh1t performance made a moderate one from Bertrand look quite good.

If we had played the first 45mins like we did the 2nd 45mins we would have drawn 1-1.

If you had put some trust in Lukaku this season rather than the goal-shy Torres, you might have secured a CL place already, he looked a right handful when he came on.

Rubbish header though, even brendy would have scored that.

He'd also be in a much better position to perhaps fill in for Drogba as and when he leaves.

Extended-Phenotype Surely, regardless of form, Terry has to be eliminated from the squad anyway, on the racism charge alone?

It's 'Kick It Out', not 'Make It Captain'.

Don't agree with that as it is still just a charge.
Also I don't think the argument of different factions in a squad rather than one big happy family makes the difference that so many think it does.
Man Utd did pretty well with Cole and Sheringham playing alongside each other but never talking when away from the pitch.

Works well for France and the Netherlands, doesn't it.

If we weren't so tired and hungover from tcelebrating at the weekend, we would have won last night.

I didn't realise that was because Teddy had racially abused Cole's brother?

I posted this earlier in the season. Complete waste of a year at Chelsea. 41 in 98 games for Anderlecht, almost all before he turned 18, 8 of those goals in European competition too.

Moves to Chelsea and gets just six league games, all as sub, while Torres can barely kick it the right way. :|

Kes's comment was in response to the FA Cup Final thread and, imho, nicely done.

The first time in ages they didn't have disent in the ranks. Well done for emphasising my point so well.

Chelsea limping towards the final with the embarrassing defeat at much derided Liverpool and then scraping home today v mighty Blackburn.
Bayern Munich got stuffed in their domestic cup final so this looks like a match between the also-rans.
For the benefit of NFA
Once mighty Chelsea 2
Already relegated Blackburn 1
