There are two seperate threads on here moaning about hoops not going all the way around a shirt which is a far more trivial thing than a symbol marking the death of human beings.

Perhaps you'd like to tell the families of your fellow Rangers fans who died on stairway 13 to get over it. I don't mind having a laugh at Liverpool on the pitch but the lines are starting to blur on here.

I'm not telling liverpool fans to "get over it", they obviously have a right to grieve. However, are we really down to the point where moving something on a kit ( not even taking it out) really warrants this outrage and nonsense?

Well said that man-the vitriol on here about Liverpool itself and Liverpool FC is bordering on fanaticism and IMHO decidedly unhealthy but born out of ignorance.
Some of these posters must surely have not experienced death of close loved ones to post in the manner that they do.

Do you think they are all sub-humans or something?
When you have lived a bit you might realise that the world is not just full of cliches.
My dad was an Ern and most Erns that I have met have been fine but I suppose there always have to be exceptions.

Just a thought,when Reading play away at Liverpool or Everton next season can I suggest that you,TBM and any other small-minded types that you can gather,rather than jjust find a boozer and go to the game and abuse Gerrard and Suarez try something different first.
Go to the city centre and admire the opera house,pop into the Walker gallery or venture down to Docklands and take in the Tate Gallery.
If that type of culture isn't for you then go and see the Cavern Club and suss out where so much music came from that influenced your mums and dads.
When you get to the ground go round the museum and appreciate the history of our country's most successful club.

Having done all or some of that you might ,just might,think that there is a bit more to Liverpool than your preconceived ideas of the city and it's people and when you return to Bracknell,Whitley or Dee Road maybe you will feel that Liverpool has a bit more about it than what you normally see around you.
