Growing TwitteROFL rumours that he's stepped down this morning... wouldn't be shocked.

As I said last week, it wouldn't surprise me, but surely those rumours are just people jumping to extreme conclusions just because he and Clarke are flying over to the States for their end of season review with the owners?

I think one day you will realise that this is 2012 and not 1910.
Most people have
radio
television
internet
all of which give football scores so your service on here is hardly necessary Mr Teletext.
BTW you got home quickly from the Bridge.

You post that but then end it with that line.....maybe Kes is posting from his mobile ;)

Somebody would have to be mad to watch their team play and then use their mobile to post on a forum of another club about yet another club.
Come to think of it..............................................................................
No,he just never goes to games.

Shame for Kenny, he is Liverpool through and through and it's sad to see him go.

Is it though?

Wouldn't you rather a manager who was a bit more up-to-date and not living in the 80's still!?

So Kenny Dalglish has gone and as of now, Fenway's Liverpool have no manager, director of football, head of press, or new stadium plan

It’s sad to see a Liverpool legend leave the club, yes. And in spells Liverpool have been as good as anyone this season. Their record against the top 4 was very good. Quite why it hasn’t worked out I don’t know, and the playing squad is better than that he inherited from Hodgson, albeit not as good as the team Benitez took to second place. They had some bad luck with injuries to Lucas and Gerrard and the woodwork stat has been posted a few times, but ultimately they just lacked any consistency at all and Dalglish has to carry the can for that.

A fairly sad state of affairs if you ask me. I am no Liverpool fan but I know a fair few. Dalglish was LFC through and through but his signings since he took over from Hodgson have just not been good enough. The injury to Lucas did not help but the money spent has shown scant return. They should have left Hodgson in charge to oversee a gradual overhaul of the club but instead the fans got their wish. I pity whoever takes on the post as well as those involved with Fenways. I expect another round of bile filled hate heading across the Atlantic instead of the fans looking at anything objectively.

I heard he got upset when the board wouldn't sanction another £100m to sign Phil Bardsley, Leon Britton and Adam Johnson.

As would Reading fans if we hadn’t gone up and McDermott had been sacked. Fans upset at the departure of someone they like shocker.

It's a shame things haven't turned out better and, a bit like when Rodgers left Reading, that a man with the club in his heart hasn't been able to do what he wanted to in terms of results.

I wonder if they'll get Martinez.
