It's great to be linked with players like this even if it is a load of cobblers!

Dare to Dr£am *** wages could be a problem ***

Cole currently has two years left on his £70,000-a-week Reds deal and matching those terms would be a problem for the Royals.
But they are exploring the possibility of taking Cole on loan for a season and paying a percentage of his wage packet.
Lille agreed a similar deal with Liverpool last summer, paying around £25,000-a-week.

Good to see his agent is earning his money.

Although, I would say there is more chance of this happening then us signing Gylfi.

There is some substance to this. Reading have spoken to Liverpool, but not about a permanent transfer, but a season long loan.

I don't believe for one minute we'll get him. Ignore the top 6 clubs and the 3 newly promoted clubs, and there would be 11 clubs he could have his pick of. I just don't see a player of his calibre opting for newly promoted Reading over an Aston Villa, Everton, Fulham, Swansea etc. But at least we seem to be aiming high. Who knows, football is a fully old game sometimes.
