So, on the one hand, we have people insisting that nothing will be done by the PL until we are officially a PL club which is next week or something. And on the other hand, we have people insisting that they've "been told" that it's all just about wrapped up. So which is it? :|

Not sure anyones said nothing will be done, just that nothing will be probably be approved. There's no reason they can't have done the groundwork making it all a matter of formality.

Oh I read it that PL wouldn't be looking at anything until we're a PL team. Maybe I read it wrong. Soz.

Just because we're close to getting the thumbs up doesn't mean you'll get your decision any sooner.

My sources say it was 92% likely to have been the thread imploding due to extreme insider knowledge.

You've heard of the Terminator yes?? - well the reason the page count is down is a kinda similar thing, a bit like Arnie only with a laptop and a master password and he's called...da da daaaa...The Moderator,...and if you're talkin about pizza or getting to 200 pages again ....he'll be back!

I didn't mention when we'd get the decision. I said that some people have said nothing will have been done yet by the PL because we're not officially in the PL. However, other people have said "they've heard" that it's about to be wrapped up. So I repeat. Which is it? :|

Alf Hooker
Ups and Downs I have it on good authority that this deal is hanging on by a thread. If Boris is not involved then he remaining investors do not have enough money to sustain a premier league club and TSI will not confirm that Boris is part of their set up.

Thought it had already been banded about by TSi that Boris is involved and hence why SJM is referring the deal being struck with the "Zingarevich family"

oh and hello everyone!

All of your answers have been posted and reposted numerous times, like most of your questions!

The Premier League have been conducting the FAPPT. That goes ahead regardless of whether we are officially a Premier League club yet or not. The Premier League can complete all tests/checks any time they like, but when they choose to make their decision public is anyone's guess.

It's only speculation on here that the announcement will be delayed until we are 'officially' a Premier League club, so the decision may come sooner, or indeed it may come after. Who knows, and what's more, other than you who really cares? It will be done when it is done.

Well I do for one, as the questions of if and when this goes through will, presumably, have a direct impact on the budget we can put into the playing and when we can deploy it.

So, basically, NO ONE KNOWS - but they make out they do. Thanks for that.

Still nothing more from my sources btw. Not sure if that means they were right and have nothing else to add or what.....
