There were scouts from Everton, Ipswich and Anderlecht watching Mr Sigurdarson yesterday. So, still a Lillestrøm player and probably going to Ipswich. Oh, and TV2 in Norway said so about the scouts before anyone asks.

You Reading fans have known about this for a while and the rumor says that Lillestrom declined a £1m bid for him earlier this year. Well, Reading should have come up with £2m right after that. This man ain't gonna be cheap. The marketvalue are now £4m , but take it as a good sign, that Reading is still using money to watch him every single game.

New manager, Staale Solbakken was attending todays match. Wolverhampton know the value, and told the press earlier today that they are more then just interested in the young Icelandic star.
Until now, Sigurdarson have been very short-answered when the press talked to him about the transfer-rumors. Today, when a journalist asked him about what he thinks about Wolves wanting him, he reacted totally different.

The Icelandic international have reached the big clubs lips the last couple of years. Most likely the biggest talent in scandinavia in many years. More talent then Ajax' danish international, Christian Eriksen. AC Milan, Reading, Ipswich, Liverpool, Wolverhampton, Everton, Auxerre, Ajax, Feyernoord, Mallorca, Real Zaragoza, Athletico Madrid is just a couple of the clubs who have watched him the last couple of years. He's strong, pace, tall, have a great eye for the game and excellent passing skills. He's a typical target man. He struggled to score in the beginning of the season but everything looks better now with seven goals in the last four games.
